With a background in Cognitive and Neuropsychology (University of Kent, UK) and Counseling Psychology (SNDT, India)—along with expertise in NLP, REBT, and neuroscience—I’ve spent years helping people master their emotions, rewire limiting beliefs, and create real transformation in both their personal and professional lives.
